The following terms and conditions are given in order that everyone has a clear understanding what they are purchasing. The first part applies to all customers for products purchased through our store as well as custom made products. The second part applies to customers that request custom made products. Store Purchased and Custom Made I understand that DNL files are data only files and require the download and installation of a DNL Reader to view and edit. I understand that some features of ePublications only work with the DNL format which requires the DNL Reader. I understand the nature of .exe files and that they are stand-alone files which do not require any readers or plugins to be able to view them. I understand that some email clients and other security software will block .exe files and that the most secure way of emailing an .exe file is within a compressed zip file. I agree that I am receiving a clean and uncorrupted file and that any alterations or modifications made after delivery from Southpaw Kreative Inc. is not the responsibility of Southpaw Kreative Inc. or its affiliates. I understand that ePublications are suitable for all Windows based computers. Use of ePublications on an Apple Mac requires my users and/or myself to use a PC Emulator such as Virtual PC or the like. I agree not to hold Southpaw Kreative Inc., its associates, or any person or company affiliated with Southpaw Kreative Inc. liable for any damages, direct or indirect, to any person or property as a result of using, or the content of, any ePublication produced by Southpaw Kreative Inc. I understand that due to proof copies to review and approve for custom made products and demo versions to try for store purchases, no refunds will be issued. Please see our Refund Policy for more information. Custom Made I declare that I am the owner or authorized agent of any and all copyrighted material submitted to Southpaw Kreative Inc. and release Southpaw Kreative Inc. and its agents or affiliates of any liability of any and all copyright issues that may arise from the publishing of any material submitted by me or my company. I agree to submit images for use in my ePublications in one or a combination of the following formats only; .jpg, .png, .bmp, or non-interlaced .gif. I agree to submit any text copy for use in my ePublications in one or a combination of the following formats only; .txt, Word .doc, or PDF unless text copy is being taken from an existing website or printed material. I understand that for my ePublication to look great and best reflect my business that it may require more pages than its printed counterpart. I agree to submit a 20% non-refundable deposit once an estimate is given and agreed upon. I further understand that any changes made to an initial work order could result in additional charges on the final invoice. I agree to submit payment of final invoice when delivery of completed product is made.
